Privacy Policy.

Who we are

This website is run by Explore Adventures India (OPC) Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Phone and WhatsApp: +91 99000 28258. Email: exploreadventuresin@gmail.com. In this policy, "we" means Explore Adventures India.

What this website does

The website is enquiry first. You send us a request through a form or WhatsApp. A request is not a confirmed booking, and the website takes no payments.

What we collect

The website has four enquiry forms: a general form, the Panchgani tandem request, an equipment form and a trek application. When you use one, we receive what you type in: your name, your email address, your phone number, your message, and details such as your preferred dates, the people in your group and, for equipment, the product you are interested in.

The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with your message ready to send. When you tap one, WhatsApp receives your phone number and your message, and that conversation then runs under WhatsApp's own terms. We see your number and what you write to us.

We do not collect health or medical details online. Weight is asked by message or in person on the day, never through the forms.

How we use your details

• To reply to your enquiry and help you plan a flight, course, tour or gear purchase.
• To check weather, site conditions and availability, and to follow up on your request.
• To arrange a deposit or payment with you directly, outside this website.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can answer questions about them later.

We do not use your enquiry details for newsletters or promotions. If that ever changes, we will ask for your separate, clear opt-in first.

Where your details go

Your form answers are stored by Wix, our website host, in the site's form inbox. Only the owner reads them. Automated notification emails are not in use yet; until they are, the owner reads submissions directly and replies by WhatsApp, phone or email.

We do not sell your details. We share them only where needed to answer your request. The local operators at Kamshet and Bir Billing receive your details only after you have booked with us. Wix, Google, which handles our email, and WhatsApp are services based outside India, and they handle your details under their own terms.

Children

Tandem flights are open from age 6. For anyone under 18, the enquiry should come from a parent or guardian, who must also be present on the day.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless a legal or safety record needs to be kept longer.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is not in use on this website yet. The site is hosted on Wix, and Wix's own consent-policy scripts run on its pages; Wix may use technical cookies needed to run the site and its forms. No cookie banner is installed yet. If analytics is ever added, the site will first get its own new Analytics property and a cookie banner, and this section will be updated first. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load them.

Security

Form submissions travel through Wix. The enquiry mailbox is opened only by the owner, with two-step sign-in. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us, by email or WhatsApp, to tell you what details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the website changes.
