Requesting a flight
A tandem request sent through the form or WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed flight. The team confirms by message, and only after checking weather, site conditions and operational requirements.
Deposits
A deposit of INR 500 per person reserves a slot once the team confirms. The balance is payable at the site before the flight.
If the weather or we cancel
If a flight is cancelled for weather or by the operator, the deposit is fully refunded or moved to a new date free of charge, at the customer's choice.
If you cancel
No policy for cancellations started by the customer has been set yet.
On the day
Every flight depends on suitable weather, wind and flying conditions at the launch site. The pilot assesses conditions and makes the final decision on whether it is safe to take off, continue or stop the flight. A confirmed booking does not guarantee that a flight will take place; safety takes priority over the flight schedule.
