Where can I do tandem paragliding with Explore Adventures India?
Our own tandem flights run from Panchgani, Maharashtra. Kamshet is arranged through an independent local operator and Bir Billing with local partners, and we coordinate your request. Other places are by enquiry only.
Do I need experience for a tandem flight?
No. You fly with an experienced tandem pilot, who briefs you before the flight.
Is a flight guaranteed once I enquire?
No. An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm a flight only after checking availability, weather and site conditions.
What decides whether we fly on the day?
Weather, wind and site conditions. We decide on the day, and the pilot can postpone or cancel a flight for safety.
How do I get to Panchgani from Pune or Mumbai?
Panchgani is reachable from Pune and Mumbai. Meeting point and reporting details are shared when you enquire.
Can I learn to paraglide with you?
Yes. Start with the Taster Day page for the first steps, or the Learn to Fly page for the pilot pathway. Training enquiries come directly to Explore Adventures India.
Do you teach winch or tow launching?
Winch-based paragliding training is planned but not yet open. The facility and programme are under development. This activity is not currently available for booking.
Do you offer advanced training and SIV?
Yes, by enquiry, for pilots. SIV is discussed with the school first.
Can I buy paragliding equipment through the site?
Equipment is enquiry-based. Browse the shop, then send an enquiry and we reply with availability and a quote. There is no online checkout.
